Q: How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A: For US & International, it takes 21 - 28 Days.

Q: Would shipping be affected by the current COVID-19 situation?
A: Shipping may be affected in some countries / states from time to time. We advise that you check with your local postal service for any possible recent disruption. If in any case, there are disruptions, we can expect delays from 1 -2 weeks on top of our normal shipping times.

Despite the ongoing situation, we are still confident your order should reach you. You can always reach out to us if you have yet to receive your order. We can either resend via another carrier or refund the amount to you.

A: We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the US, Europe & Asia. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Orders, Payments & Cancellations

Q: What happens after I have placed an order?
A: An email notification with a order number will be sent to you. You will also receive another notification with the tracking number after the item has been processed & shipped.

Q: How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A: It will take usually between 2-3 business days.

Q: How do I apply the discount code?
A: Discount codes can be applied upon checkout. Please note that these codes are case-sensitive, and that expired coupons will not be honored. Only one discount code can be used per checkout.

Q: How can I cancel or make changes to the order?
A: In order to ensure our delivery times, cancellation & changes is only allowed within 1 hour after the order has been made. After which, the order will be processed and prepared for shipping. You can contact our support HERE to make changes.
